Awesome Team tells an awesome story
The dynamic growth of our departments and the wide portfolio of products that we now offer has led us to work in scrum. We have been on this path for a few years. I started to work as a project manager, but my role soon changed to the scrum master. I was the first (but not the last) woman in our department 
It was challenging, but also an amazing and worthwhile adventure. We work with multiple international scrum teams. We learn and improve all the time, meaning that we are like a well-oiled machine that does not fear even covid pandemic-related sudden changes. We are an agile company, which values commitment, focus, openness, respect, and courage. Come and check for yourself!
Legal Department Manager
My cooperation with STS has been going strong for five years now. At the moment, as the Legal Department Manager, I take care of a team of great specialists with a creative and innovative approach to problem-solving. This is a team for which nothing is impossible! Working in an international environment at STS is full of everyday challenges, but also gives a lot of satisfaction. As the company grows, we also develop without losing our positive energy and passion. Can you think „outside the box”? If so, then you are welcome to join our team!
My amazing journey with STS started 5 years ago. Time flies by and here I am- a proud leader of a team of experts in Sports Marketing and Sponsorship. The combination of my passion for marketing and love for sport is an ideal setting for me. To sports fans like us, working with leading sports associations and clubs is a dream come true. Their energy drives me to work and makes every day unpredictable! Every day I get to be the contributor to the success of the largest private sponsor of Polish sport and implement projects such as cooperation with PZPN, or the sponsorship of the largest sports clubs in Poland. It all translates into invaluable experience in the industry.
Office and People Manager
My experience with STS started in May 2021 when we opened our new office in Malta. My role consists of being the point of reference to our employees from an HR perspective, supporting them on a personal level as well as being responsible for the office to maintain a good working environment. STS gives us the opportunity to grow and develop our skills on new projects and ideas. It’s amazing that we are able to work together with the whole team in Poland – great colleagues which I like to call our big STS family!
I have worked as an Office Assistant since April 2021, being a part of the front desk team. Working at STS gives me the opportunity to grow within an international and multicultural environment. We really take care of our employees here. From a friendly smile when you enter, to a delicious coffee and healthy snacks for everyone- everyday we create a pleasant atmosphere for our colleagues, because we know life is all about the little things. Professionally, you are never stuck at a role here, as long as you want to grow. To me working at the Front Desk is a bit like managing the Universe Command Center – we make the impossible possible!

I got to know the company from the inside out, starting as an employee of a betting shop and for several years as a Regional Manager. My adventure with STS started with the Sponsorship Team, where I’ve gained the foundations of the business and the expertise of organising top events. Currently I manage a team of enthusiasts responsible for our betting shop’s marketing strategy. It is truly impressive how STS has transformed from a small family owned business into one of the biggest players in the European bookmaking industry. And I am here not only to witness but to be a part of it! The greatest strength of the company are the energetic and positive people that create a great atmosphere. My adventure with STS started 10 years ago in the IT department. After a lot of hard work and learning the industry, I’m currently responsible for the growth of a wide portfolio of STS Products. On a daily basis, I work with awesome scrum teams, spending most of my time with Product Owners and UX designers. Our ultimate goal is to provide our clients state of the art sportsbook to realize their passion for sports betting. There are still many challenges ahead of us. As Head of Operations, I manage the award-winning Customer Support Department. However, my history with STS is much longer. Being with the company for over 8 years allowed me to progress from a solid foundation in IT to where I am now. I can confidently say I am proud of the excellent atmosphere that prevails here, which is completely unique on the market. We achieve it thanks to trust and commitment at all levels. I listen to my colleagues carefully, and I know that each of them is given an equal opportunity to grow and contribute to our achievements.
